This Policy sets out the obligations of NJP Estate Planning, a company registered in England and Wales under number 09247248 whose registered office is at 8 Hawksley Drive, Rolleston on Dove, Burton on Trent, Staffs, DE13 9DR (“the Company”) regarding data protection and the rights of customers and business contacts (“data subjects”) in respect of their personal data under EU Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
